Weekend menu and weekday specials

Bringing you your favourites and some specials

Here at The Station Hotel Insch, we're always working to provide you not only with the dishes you tell us are your favourites, but also to bring you some new dishes to tantalise your tastebuds.

For Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd May, we have some Specials that will certainly do that, starting off with our twice-baked Cheddar soufflé. This is a luscious soufflé that guests have highly complimented in the past.

And what about our delicious Trio of Seafood with a Clam Linguine for your main course? Sea bass, cod and king scallops all freshly cooked and served with a creamy clam linguine and toasted focaccia bread - this dish will slip down a treat.

Or would you rather enjoy our slow-braised lamb shank with a confit garlic and chive mash? Lamb is always popular on our menu and once you've tasted this dish, you will understand why.

To finish off with, you have to try our strawberry shortcake with two big pieces of shortcake sandwiched with Chantilly cream, a delight for any palette.

On Sunday 24th May, you can enjoy our slow roast Scottish beef brisket which always goes down a storm, or roast lamb shoulder with roast cauliflower steak for our vegetarian guests. For starters, we're offering several dishes including homemade cream of mushroom soup or whipped feta and for desserts, you can enjoy a luscious chocolate pot with crushed amaretti biscuits or our firm favourite, sticky toffee pudding.

No matter your choices, you can rest assured you will enjoy a delicious meal with great service when you eat at The Station Hotel Insch.
