And we mix up our menus often at The Station Hotel

Oh my, don't these images just make your mouth water? These are some of the new dishes on offer at Insch's Station Hotel where we like to introduce new dishes for the delection of our customers, old and new. After all, you don't want to see the same menu, week after week and month after month if you're a regular, do you?
Of course, we take care to note what goes down particularly well with our regulars and one of these dishes is the Sunday lunch special, our Scottish roast brisket which is cooked for ten hours overnight so that it practically melts in the mouth.
But for other week nights, we will always do our best to introduce our guests to new and exciting flavours and dishes which includes both fish and meat courses as well as desserts.
