The Station Hotel Insch offers a wide variety of dishes for its non-meat-eating customers. Just look at our Starters, for example, where you're spoiled for choice. Homemade Soup of the Day, Prawn Cocktail, Steamed Mussels, Whole Baked Camembert and a completely new addition to our menus, a Hot Smoked Salmon Salad Niçoise.
This last little masterpiece comes complete with a soft-boiled egg, baby potatoes, fine beans and black olives with a dash of French vinaigrette. A modern twist on a French classic from house chef and owner Alan Halkett.
Our list of Mains includes Beer Battered Scottish Haddock, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Seared Fillet of Salmon and a Pan-roasted Loin of Monkfish Wrapped in Prosciutto. All equally tasty and freshly prepared for you on the day.
