The Perfect Summer Platter

Perfect for a warm summer's day

Antipasto Plate- Salami, Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Gordal olives, Sun Blushed Tomatoes, Homemade Foccacia

We've been lucky enough to experience some great weather, sunshine and warmth this June and July. So this is one of the dishes chef Alan Halkett has devised for restaurant guests wanting to get away from hot food.


This is our Antipasto Platter, chock full of delicious ingredients including salami, prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, Gordal olives, sunblushed tomatoes and home-made focaccia bread.


Very Mediterranean, don't you think and very healthy too.
