Even customers who don't normally like blue cheese have been raving about our Blue Murder Cheese Parfait. Blue Murder is a soft and creamy blue cow's milk cheese made by Highland Fine Cheeses in Tain, in the far north of Scotland. Originally created by Blur bassist Alex James and Juliet Harbutt as "Blue Monday," it is now known for its savoury, salty and slightly sweet, "meaty" flavour profile.
Incorporated into our Cheese Parfait, it's the "parfait" starter to your Sunday lunch.
Slow-roasted Scottish beef brisket has become a firm favourite on a Sunday at The Station Hotel. Cooked to perfection, very tender and exceptionally tasty, you must try it at least once in your life. Then it will become a favourite of yours too.
For dessert this week, we would recommend the baked white chocolate cheesecake with its accompaniment of blueberry compote. Who can resist white chocolate?!
