The evening specials that are on offer at The Station Hotel Insch on Thursday 9th, Friday 10th and Saturday 11th July are a treat for the senses. Not just delicious to taste, but imagine the smell of roast lamb and imagine the sweet tartness of pineapple tempered by the coconut touches in our tarte tatin, a modern twist on the classic French dish that uses apples.
Our twice-baked Cheddar soufflé is light and fluffy and has proved immensely popular when we put it on our menu.
